Sing Hwee

Risk Management & Technology 

Sing Hwee is a partner of the Ernst & Young Singapore Consulting Practice. His role is client serving and market focused, oriented towards global network of large accounts. He is currently the GCSP of several large Temasek Portfolio Companies, Government & Public Service (GPS) accounts (covering Ministries, government agencies and statutory boards) as well as private client accounts.

Sing Hwee was the Managing Director of Mapletree Investments Pte Ltd from 2018 to 2020 where he headed the operation business process department, group information system & technology department, group risk management department, group internal audit department as well as group policy and delegation of authority. He has more than 20 years of experience in providing risk management, business process and performance improvement, internal controls and business advisory services to clients in various industries, including organisations in both public and private sectors.

Sing Hwee worked closely and provided advice to Audit Committees of listed companies as well as organisations in the pubic sector on leading practices, insights as well as issues relating to corporate governance, risk management and processes and controls. He has led and continues to lead teams in the review and assessment of risks as well as performance of internal audits for Singapore listed companies, MNCs as well as organisations in the government and public sector including ministries and statutory boards He has also led teams on the investigation of major accounting frauds relating to two listed companies in Singapore. Sing Hwee regularly contributes articles in Business Times and professional journals on areas relating to corporate governance, internal controls and risk management. He regularly conducts talks and seminars on corporate governance, internal audit and risk management for professional institutions like SID, ISCA, IIA, SIAS, CPA Australia, etc.

Christopher Quek

Christopher is the Founder and Managing Partner of TRIVE. His journey as a third-generation entrepreneur, combined with his extensive experience in running multiple businesses, has cemented his expertise and expansive network across diverse verticals, including manufacturing, deep technology, education, and food and beverage.

Christopher’s forward-thinking mindset led him to become a trailblazer during the 2000 dot-com era in Southeast Asia, where he successfully ran his own eCommerce stores in Malaysia and Singapore. As a serial entrepreneur by nature, he expanded his ventures into education centers and became an angel investor, while concurrently managing complex financial instruments for his family.

Prior to the establishment of TRIVE, Christopher dedicated his efforts to business development for various companies and spearheaded a startup incubator in Singapore. His immense contributions to the startup ecosystem are further exemplified by his mentorship of over 1,200 startup founders since 2011, as well as his advisory role for more than 800 startups in Southeast Asia. In 2020 alone, his invaluable guidance enabled early-stage companies to raise an astounding aggregated amount of US$28 million.

Renowned as a thought-leader in the startup ecosystem, Christopher shares his profound insights and perspectives through commentaries for reputable media outlets such as Todayonline, CNBC, The Business Times, e27, and TechInAsia. Additionally, he co-founded IMPACT SEA, a highly influential podcast that focuses on impactful discussions surrounding investment across Southeast Asia.

Craig Neo

Craig is the founder of A&C Atelier. He brings over 15 years of digital experience to the table, having taken on myriad digital challenges for clients around the world by weaving solutions across the realms of technology, business and design. Known for delivering quality outcomes, he is forward-thinking and always ready to question the status quo.

Amongst his greatest strengths is a canny sense for understanding business processes, goals and needs before diving into design and technology. His desire to empathise with users’ needs and his consistent push for creativity balanced with optimisation has made him a partner of choice for many brands.

Brands are able to draw on his deep knowledge of technology to implement concepts into viable solutions. Always personable, Craig is a natural communicator with stakeholders in every domain. He is that rare “T-shaped” talent recognised by the industry for being a consultant, developer and UX/UI practitioner all rolled into one.

Ben Qwek

Marketing & Branding Solutions

Ben is the founder of Lab Six Five. He is a crossover artist from the world of graphic design and street art to become a branding consultant. With his past experience in proejcts that straddle between mainstream illustration and a flair of street edge, he was able to advise and strategize for his clients on how they can brand or rebrand themselves for better conversion and get a better return on their branding investment. 

Being extremely dedicated, Ben always engages himself fully in both branding strategic direction as well as design production for projects that he works on. He is backed by  backed by more than 15 years of experience and has done work on projects for companies such as PUMA, Twitter, Express VPN, SEA Group, Guinness, Klaytn, Shopee and Google. 

His works have been seen throughout Singapore over the years in their platforms such as murals, campaign activation and 3D interactive art.

Andy Choi

Fund Management

Andy, the Director for Client Solutions at Credence, possesses over 10 years of valuable experience in Investments and Fund Management.

He previously served as the Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer of a Registered Fund Management Company. With his expertise, he has successfully overseen and launched various Cayman/VCC Fund structures by working closely with Asset Managers from different jurisdictions across the Asia Pacific region.

Andy is highly meticulous in his financial planning and is committed to providing customized and personalized financial services advisory to his affluent clients.

Andy’s past experience includes 8 years with Dell Global B.V. (Singapore), where he managed the Asia Pacific retail operation and specialized in six-sigma proliferation and data analytics.

He holds a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering degree and is a member of the CFA Society of Singapore. Additionally, he recently completed an Executive Business Analytics course with the Wharton Business School.
